1. Any appointment not met will be fully refunded or set to a later time or date.

2. IF reserves the right to deny service to anyone who is disrespectful or requesting unreasonable tasks. With refund minus time labor assistant has spent on the task. The assistant is there to work at an efficient yet safe pace for the clients purchased time slot. If the task can be completed in that time it will be. Please purchase enough time to complete your task if that is your objective. If not we will bust our bottom getting as much done as possible. Please remember IF is only human, but in pretty good condition though.

3. IF labor assistant deems the task to be of greater scale or take more time than a client has purchased. The labor assistant will explain to the client in advanced that the time purchased will not be enough to complete the task but be willing to bust our bottom getting as much done as we can. Please understand in many cases IF will be learning as they work.
